Information clause concerning the processing of personal data for the purposes of conducting correspondence by electronic means

The personal data provided by you are processed exclusively for the purpose resulting from the subject of electronic correspondence with you and for the possible establishment or exercise of claims or defense against claims; the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation ENiA 2016/679).

Your personal data are transferred to entities providing services for the Administrator related to the implementation of the aforementioned purposes, including, first of all, IT system providers, entities providing consulting, IT and legal services, and also to other entities to whom you transfer your data personal data are indispensable in connection with the subject of the correspondence.
  5. Your data will be processed for the duration of the correspondence. The processing period may be extended each time by the limitation period for claims, if the processing of your personal data is necessary for the establishment or exercise of possible claims or defense against such claims by the Administrator.
  6. You have the right: to access the content of the data and to request their rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to data processing.
  7. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data when you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of Regulation 2016/679.
  8. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation.
